With 16 years of experience, his expertise includes project management, formulation of a strategic plan for digital financial services, agency channel development, market research, scoping and segmentation, agent network assessments/ diagnostics, customer-centric product development and process design, pilot and roll out, and training on DFS and digitization. He has consulted over 85 institutions including commercial banks, mobile money operators, central banks, governments, agent network managers, MFIs and technology service providers in six countries in Africa and five countries in Asia.
