Neha works as an Analyst with the Government and Social Impact domain of MSC. Her work involves improving public policy choices through evidence-based, bottom up, and human-centered approach.

Neha has worked with the central government, state governments, think tanks, academic institutions, MFIs, Payments Banks, Small Finance Banks, and donors in the development sector in India. Her areas of work include product development, project management, financial inclusion strategy, process mapping and re-engineering, policy assessments, behavioral economics, financial and rural sector development, and creation of training modules. Before joining MSC, Neha was a Management Intern at Margdarshak Financial Services Ltd.
