The COVID-19 pandemic has brought upon us the responsibility to create awareness, influence precautionary behavior, and drive the safety of CICO agents and their customers. We have developed engaging training material for CICO agents in the form of conversational comics on COVID-19. These explain preventive measures through accessible, visual narratives and include aspects of workplace safety at the agent shop, cash handling, and ensuring customer protection.
