She has undertaken consulting assignments with banks, MFIs, international development agencies, and government agencies in Indonesia. Her areas of expertise include agent networks, conducting service excellence audits, developing digital financial services, digital social assistance payments, and microfinance. Before joining MSC, Astri worked for PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk for seven years. She is an Industrial Management and Engineering Graduate from the Bandung Institute of Technology.
