She has ten years of experience working as a financial inclusion consultant with banks, mobile network operators, agent network managers and microfinance institutions in India, Kenya, Lao PDR, Malawi, Nepal, South Africa, Uganda and Ethiopia. The focus of her work has been on assisting clients to implement digital financial services solutions; which includes: strategy development, institutional diagnostics, marketing and communication, training curriculum design, qualitative market research to understand customers’ needs, product development and process re-engineering.
