Sonal is currently working as a Digital Financial Services Expert with BASIX. BASIX works to promote a large number of sustainable livelihoods, including for the rural poor and women, through the provision of financial services and technical assistance in an integrated manner.

Sonal Agrawal is currently working as a Digital Financial Services Expert with BASIX. She was an Assistant Manager in MSC’s Inclusive Finance and Banking domain. Her areas of expertise include project management, M&E and microfinance. Sonal has implemented projects involving market research, product development, social performance management, designing of staff and client feedback mechanism, loan portfolio audit, agent network management, channel satisfaction surveys and training.
