Sonal Agrawal Sonal is currently working as a Digital Financial Services Expert with BASIX.  She was an Assistant Manager in MSC’s Inclusive Finance and Banking domain. Her areas of expertise include project management, M&E and microfinance. Sonal has implemented projects involving market research, product development, social performance management, designing of staff and client feedback mechanism, loan portfolio audit, agent network management, channel satisfaction surveys and training.
